Project Description
Operating as Construction Managers and Constructor, STF had the responsibility for completing a multi-phased renovation project of the entire Burke Science Building and parts of General Science while accommodating occupants. STF has overseen the demolition of the interior of this entire building to the main building structure and rebuilt to include all new mechanical and electrical systems to improve energy efficiency, air quality and reduce consumption. The replacement of windows and addition of elevators as part of the LEED initiative showcase STF’s commitment to green building technology.
